40lbs down; 160 to cross!
Started this adventure at 440 (M, 19, 6’four), now I’m down to 400 within the span of a couple of month and a part. Intermittent fasting and constant weight lifting have pushed this good fortune. I even hit a PR of 405 at the deadlift these days.
I am getting discouraged regardless that after I notice my purpose weight of 240lbs is 160lbs away! To those that have had good fortune with very massive quantities of weight reduction, how did you keep motivated?
