Am I working hard sufficient? Or too hard? : Fitness
I simply began working out a pair days in the past. A particular regimen I’m doing with dumbbells recommends four units of x quantity of reps and so on. Problem is after 2-2.5 units I actually can not proceed. My fingers really feel like they are now not even there and so they simply give out.. am I doing it proper? Or must I decrease my dumbbell weight to get all four in?
