Best order to do scapular pull-ups, negatives and hangs? : Fitness
I’m making an attempt to construct the power to do a couple of reps of pull ups, and had been doing four units of eight negatives for the final couple of weeks, two times per week.
I do know Scapular pull ups and hangs also are elementary, so I regardless that about incorporating the ones as neatly. Should I do them sooner than or after the negatives? What is a superb order and selection of reps / units?
