Can anyone suggest books on cooking temperatures by really feel?
It’s kinda irritating no longer understanding what to cook dinner meats, veg, bread, and many others (sous vide, frying, baking, and many others.), and there doesn’t appear to be a lot commonplace wisdom on this. I’m having a look with the intention to assume, “I wanna cook these short ribs at this temp. for x amount of time” simply off the highest of my head.
Don’t know if I’m requesting an excessive amount of however howdy thank you anyway!
