Roast potatoes are the most productive! I most likely lead them to two times per week as we adore a roast dinner in our area. I’ve no longer watched a video however discovered from my mam. You want a just right floury potato (King Edward or Maris Piper are nice) par boil for 10 minutes and drain shake for crust and go away to steam off (in order that they don’t spit an excessive amount of within the tin). I use rapeseed oil (Brock & Morten is superb, their garlic one makes wonderful roast potatoes) and it must be smoking sizzling (kinda like when making Yorkshires) and the drop within the potatoes and position in oven for 20 minutes (don’t contact for first 20 minutes, as crust starts to shape). After that cook dinner for some other 25-30 minutes and shake/flip each and every 10 or so mins for perfect crispness. Mmmm, hungry now.
