ELI5, why working parts of muscle groups multiple days in a row doesn’t affect muscle enlargement? : Fitness
So I do know that whilst you paintings a muscle workforce you will have to wait 3 days to offer it ok leisure sooner than working it once more. But one thing that is all the time puzzled me: don’t seem to be those self same muscle groups labored in workouts for different muscle groups? For instance, I do a again day sooner or later, then a leg day proper after but when I am doing deadlifts on my leg day is not that working again muscle mass and thus messing with my leisure length? Or if I do a shoulder day, then a chest day the place I am benching urgent, is not that BP working the shoulders too? Does that mess with the remaining length and affect muscle enlargement or does it now not topic? Why?
