Failed my squat nowadays. Unsure how I should be feeling : Fitness
I am recently three months in to the Texas way. Today I was once on my heavy day and fully failed my set of 125kg (266lbs) of squat.
My working out of this program is that it pushes you to damage your 1rm each week however that is the primary time I have long past down and now not even budged the load again up. Last week was once 120kg and while that felt heavy it felt achievable. Today it was once simply instantly right down to not anything going again up.
How should I really feel, am I intended to be gutted or satisfied that I’m following this system. Is this system intended to have you ever fail a boost?
