For the steak, I used a ghost pepper salt and it used to be highly spiced as all get-out. GHOST PEPPER CRUSTED SIRLOIN
1½ pound sirloin steak

THREE-CHEESE MASHED POTATOES
five medium Yukon gold potatoes
Salt and pepper to style
2 tablespoons butter
