Help with changing it up for leg day : Fitness
I’ve adopted the similar leg regimen for the previous yr and I’m out of concepts on new actions/excercises that I will be able to use to extend energy.
I’m on a ppl program and will squat 140kg RM.
Currently my leg day is composed of:
lunges with dumbbells
leg press system
leg curl system
leg extension system
** replace: I do lure bar deadlifts on my pull day Any ideas?
