I can squat more than I can deadlift : Fitness
I noticed a put up about this just lately however I can’t in finding it now so I’m beginning any other one. Sorry for the duplication.
I began five/three/1 again in May and my squat was once 200 and deadlift was once 175. I’m new to lifting and did not know that squat will have to be decrease. A couple of cycles into this system I discovered Alan Thrall’s deadlift video and learned how deficient my shape was once and assumed when I retested my 1RM I’d get conventional effects.
Well I simply completed my fifth cycle this previous Saturday, I’m taking this week off, however I were given my new 1RM this night.
I made certain to move down some distance sufficient on my squat.
All my new 1RM:
Bench – 205 larger +50lbs
Deadlift – 240 larger +60lbs
Squat – 255 larger +55lbs
OHP – 130 larger +35lbs
