Hey guys I know folks right here don’t love to assist lazy folks however I’m truly not one in all them.
I did my analysis however it’s such a lot controversy some say do keto others say do this and I merely don’t know what can / will have to paintings for me.

My largest downside is I don’t know what to do to achieve my function 🤷♂️ I need a sixpack and get somewhat leaner. Apparently I want to devour extra (some web pages say I want 3.700 kcal) however it’s so onerous I truly can’t devour that a lot (wholesome meals).
My present consumption seems like this :
~ 2.000 energy C: 240 P: 180 F: 40
Daily i stroll so much because of my present process till college begins. (Burning round 400 kcal ~10km strolling)
I will exercise four occasions per week once more
(Had a number of surgical procedures wasn’t ready to exercise for very long time)
I’m truly grateful for any recommendation. What I can do to strengthen the rest.
