I want to work out twice a day, but don’t know what do to in the second consultation? : Fitness
So, I just lately got to work out and its changing into more or less a wholesome dependancy. I’m a college scholar with out a part-time activity at the second so I simply want to fill the time of my day with extra bodily task. Currently, I work out at 6 AM doing the Reddit PPL exercise and a few treadmill after which stretching. For the second consultation, I have about 1-1.50 hours round 6 PM, and feature best achieved extra treadmill and stretching. Which is alright but I simply really feel bored of simply doing that.
Does someone have any tips to what I can exchange it with for a few days of the week?
