Is there a 5-day workout for the main lifts? SS, 5/3/1, 5×5 are primarily focused as a 3 – day regimen.
Currently, I'm on Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 for about Five months now. It's been excellent up to now however for Tuesday & Thursday, I've simply been making up workout routines like pause squats, deficit deadlifts and so forth to fill in the ones days. I need a 5 – day regimen that makes a speciality of bench, squat, deadlift, overhead press – in particular squats & deadlifts
