Okay so I’m 16 and got to work out “daily” (a minimum of five occasions every week) since somewhat over a 12 months. TLDR: Changed to correct exercise and vitamin round 6 months in the past, however irrespective of that my muscle tissues do not appear to have grown (through so much)
