So the vermicelli rice noodles weren’t soaked or boiled. They went immediately into sizzling oil. The frying puffs the skinny noodles into very subtle, pleasingly crunchy little “haystacks”. It seems to be distinctive and groovy in addition to bringing every other textural part to the mouth birthday party.
Real fast despite the fact that… Mac and cheese on a burger is one thing you will have a move at. Just devour it with the lighting off and get again to me.
