Hi Guys,

Looking for some comments referring to my program. I added in further quantity, principally as a result of my palms have been lagging and sought after in build up their measurement. I’m typically out and in within the health club inside of 1 hour. I generally tend to do numerous supersets with equipment. I’ve a couple of years lifting revel in.

Day 1:

Bench Press: 531 + Joker units + FSL * AMRAP

OHP: 10 * 5 @ 60%

DB Row: 10 * 5

Dips: 20 * 4

Barbell Curls: 12 * 4

DB Curls: 10 * 3

Facepulls: 20 * 5

Lateral Raises: 10 * 3

Day 2:

Squat: 531 + FSL * AMRAP

Deadlift: 10 * 5 @ 60%

Hanging Leg Raises: 10 * 5

Seated Calf Raises: 15 * 5

Leg Curls: 10 * 3

Leg Extensions: 10 *3

Day 3:

OHP: 531 + Joker units + FSL * AMRAP

Bench Press: 10 * 5 @ 60%

Pull-Ups: 10 * 5

Dips: 20 * 4

Barbell Curls: 12 * 4

Tricep Extension: 10 * 3

Facepulls: 20 * 5

DB Flys: 10 * 3

Day 4:

Deadlift: 531 + Joker units + FSL * AMRAP

Squat: 10 * 5 @ 60%

Ab Wheel: 18 * 5

Seated Calf Raises: 15 * 5

Leg Curls: 10 * 3

Leg Extensions: 10 *3
