Should I deload before transitioning from a volume phase to an intensity phase? : Fitness
Currently I am planning to do a 6 week hypertrophy phase specializing in collecting a whole lot of volume, adopted by means of a 6 week energy phase specializing in lifting heavy weight/tapering down volume. Is it steered to put a deload in between those stages, or will have to I do just 12 weeks immediately? This is my first time attempting coaching like this (I was once doing linear development) so I am a bit puzzled.
