Someone told me I was deadlifting fallacious? : Fitness
I was deadlifting about 205lb and I practice the Athlean X video shape the place I bend my legs, again directly, and I push with my legs then straighten out my again with my chest out. In my descent I do a managed descent and the load drops to the bottom and makes just a little of noise.
A man got here to me and mentioned it was all fallacious and he told me Im now not assume to be losing the load to the bottom in any respect, and he confirmed me a option to do it by means of preserving the load within the air when I deliver it down. Then he mentioned I was too brief to deadlift and told me to face on a step and told me to do it. Im 5’5 130lb
I simply was questioning if I was actually doing it fallacious? The simplest factor I can suppose was fallacious was perhaps my descent was too rapid and I was slamming the load at the flooring arduous however too brief to deadlift made no sense to me?
