Spreading out compound lifts : Fitness
Say I sought after to coach the five compound lifts; Squat, deadlift, bench, overhead press and row, and best had 2 days per week within the fitness center. Would it make sense to have at some point be a leg day and educate squat and deadlift whilst appearing the higher frame lifts the opposite day? Or most likely doing deadlifts and bench the primary day and squat, row, and press the second one day, in order I don’t burn out doing lifts that use equivalent muscle tissue? What are your ideas?
