Transition from losing weight to building muscle : Fitness
First of all, sorry if that is the incorrect position to submit. I have been specializing in my weight loss for ~1 12 months now and feature made excellent growth.
I’m 24M and 174cm tall.
A 12 months in the past I weighed 112kg/247lbs.
Today I weigh 77kg/170lbs.
I’m kind of on the very top finish of the traditional weight vary relating to BMI (25.four). I devour 1300-1500 kcals an afternoon (even if no longer religiously as I have maintained/plateaued for closing three weeks or so).

Is it higher to lose extra weight first (aerobic) after which center of attention on power or can I do each concurrently?
Should I proceed to lose weight for now prior to making an allowance for/switching to power coaching? I nonetheless have some visual fats round my tummy I nonetheless need to do away with.
If I do get started power coaching, how will my calorie consumption paintings? Do I devour small quantities? Do I devour extra? Do I do aerobic whilst doing power?
