Weak shoulder press strength compared to other lifts? How to repair? : Fitness
Im a 19 y.o male and my status overhead press and other status shoulder press excersizes are in point of fact vulnerable compared to my other lifts: Bench: 155 kg (340 lbs) Deadlift: 230 kg (507 lbs) Squat: 210 kg (462 lbs) My overhead press is simplest 95 kg (209 lbs) WITH BOUNCE. Ill do 80 kg strict on a just right day. This is in point of fact shit, and I would like to repair this 🙁 The factor is, sitting down, my shoulder strength is healthier, and I take advantage of the 45kgs (100 lbs) dumbells strict shoulderpress for a just right five reps(which is fine). This could be very wierd to me, and I’d gladly admire any lend a hand, as that is via some distance, my vulnerable level.
