Where to add more deadlift volume in the reddit PPL? : Fitness
Sup peeps. Title says all of it. The reddit PPL these days handiest has us doing deadlits on the first pull day of each and every week, for 1 set of five+ reps.
I sought after to get more volume into my deadlift to get more potent on it in addition to apply higher shape. I simply really feel like 1×5 as soon as every week is truly mild for a compound carry.
What day wouldn’t it be absolute best to add 3×5 on my DLs? Push? Legs? Second Pull day? What do you guys suppose?
